The service
Pet Aura Studio provides digital pet profiles, storytelling features, and an archive for pet-related records. You keep full ownership of the content you upload; you grant us only the licence needed to store, process and display it back to you and to anyone you explicitly share it with.
Interpretative content
Aura profiles, archetypes, compatibility readings and AI-written stories are interpretative and entertainment/storytelling content. They are not veterinary, behavioural-medicine or scientific advice. Genetic information shown as “Verified” reproduces owner-confirmed laboratory reports; its interpretation belongs with qualified professionals. Never make medical decisions based on this service.
Accounts & acceptable use
You are responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy of what you upload. Don’t upload unlawful content, other people’s personal data without permission, or malware; don’t attempt to access other users’ data or disrupt the service.
Payments
Subscriptions renew until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and your data remains accessible on the free plan. One-time report purchases are delivered digitally and fulfilled immediately. EU consumers’ statutory rights are unaffected.
Termination & liability
You can delete your account at any time (Settings → Privacy). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. The service is provided “as is”; to the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
